The lady delivering mail cannot close a mail box she makes sure she leaves it open everytime. My mail was soaked by rain by the time i was able to get it. This happens everyday its a miracle if she actually makes the effort to close it. I've never seen such this post office is awful they need to train employees how to do their job. She also stays on her ph and forgets to deliver all of her packages she has to come back 2x if she has something to deliver at door she says she forgot or didn't see it.

On 11/18/20 my bank sent a check to the water company just 5 miles away. It didn't arrive until the 24th. Consequently I was charged a late fee because it arrived after the due date. This is not the first time this has happened. Why does it take so long for mail to go just a few miles???
