Rain, Sleet, Snow, that is the way is used to be, not anymore. 6/27/23-I was leaving my residential community and I passed the postal carrier was headed in. My postal box had 2 pieces of mail with the flag up. Several hours later on my way back to my residence I checked my postal box, mail was still in there, flag was still up. I realize USPS is on its way out with less than minimal service. What a shame, a mail carrier years ago could be counted on to deliver mail. Everything is going to shit, including USPS, your not long for this world of service minded employees.
For the second time in a month I have been notified that a mail ordered item has been delivered to my mail box but no such orders were actually received. How is it that your tracking system cay say an item has been delivered when in fact it isn’t?
Packages to post office boxes is extremely slow.
I have used 2 other post office boxes and never experienced the slow delivery of packages to my post office box. I get notices when packages are delivered and it takes at least 24 hours before notified or put in box. Sometimes it takes 2 full days. This needs to be improved.
This recent example was the packages were delivered 1:35pm on Jan 17. After checking my box twice, I finally asked the guy behind the counter at 1:05pm on Jan 18. The guy said they don't unload the pallets until the next day if it is delivered in the afternoon. I was their 23.5 hours after it was delivered and it was still on a pallet. The guy was extremely unhelpful and wouldn't look for it.

According to friends, I am supposed to be able to schedule an appointment for renewing my passport. Your site must be down as only takes me to the same govt. site. Not to user friendly after all.
