We have not received ANY mail since Dec 7.
Would you, whomever is in charge, look into this please. My neighbors have the same problem.

Extremely disappointed in the mail delivery for King Haigler Post Office, Camden SC. For starters, I called their local number 7 times for a total of over 40 minutes from 1130 to 1210. I am currently on 20 min to 35 min with the 1 800 call USPS.
Secondly, while I've previously had security problems with my mail. I purchased a locked security mailbox for mail and small packages. The delivery person often identified my packages as delivered but they are not. I was told this was done to "stop the clock" on delivery time requirements. While I have no objections to that, I expect to recieve the mail!
The most recent issue I've had on two occassions is the delivery person says they dont have access to the address... there is a secure delivery box right outside that gate. And the gate only requires the latch to be undone for access. So far, one package has been returned to sender and one package is late due to the "no access" message.
I cannot restate my disappointment enough, Ive done everything I can do to rectify and work with King Haigler Post Office, I even met with the new manager. Its been great for a while, but apparently she left becauase service sucks again.
More than one package has said it was delivered. Package have never shown. I have reported nothing has happened. Now the post office said I live more than a 1/2 mile from box and wont delivered. This is not true. Drive not even 1/4 mile back and forth.
USPS tracking stated my package was deliveed in my mailbox July 13,2023. Today is July 15,2023. I have not received my package. I left note in my mailbox stating that i haven't recieved my package. I received a call from a training supervisor. (Elizabeth Jameson) If all of your employees had her pleasant attitude and work ethic you would NEVER receive a complaint. We haven't found my pckage yet but I know Elizabeth is on the case. Thank you for the call Elizabeth. We REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR EFFORT
6/20/21 Package tracking stated "out for delivery" on 6/19/21. When not received with delivered mail. I reconfirmed status, and decided carrier would deliver after error determined. Instead I received "delivery exception" stating I asked for package to be held at post office. Totally untrue statement. I NEVER saw or talked with carrier. Package contained Father's Day present, which now of course, will not be available for gifting on time.
Issue: Package tracked as delivered but was not. Could not contact by phone on Friday 3/26 and Have been getting busy signal there from 9:00 am until 11:04 am today 3/29. I suspect phone is off the hook on purpose. I called DeKalb St branch to see if they have another number for them and was told no, asked if they could communicate by email and was told no. Asked what they do if they needed to communicate and was told they have to "run up there" I was told I needed to go to King Haigler in person. I live in Columbia so "in person" is 3 hour trip for me. Pkg addressed to mother in Camden. 1-800 # was a joke. No wonder there is a suggestion to privatize the postal service. Totally inefficient and disappointing.
