I had a package delivered to our complex, package is placed in a locked parcel bin and key should be placed in my mail box...well that how it should work, key was placed in someone else's mailbox. Hope I have honest neighbor.
ZERO STARS. Nightmare. Go anywhere but here. Lost outgoing packages for my business-cost me too much money. Has lost mail coming to my home. Take your time and go to the Sycamore branch. Manager is RUDE, and employees are incompetent.
Mail was not delivered 10/11/18 and 10/12/18 when the informed daily delivery digest showed important mail being delivered. I need to know if/when the indicated mail will be delivered.
I mailed a money order 11-07-17 from this W Ashley USPS Chas, SC. Iwas the only customer then. I absentmindedly left my envelope on the dektop which contained 2 more money orders + > $1000. As I walked to my truck, I realized the envelope was still on the desktop where the clerk stood to assist me.
However, in this short time span, the envelope has disappeared. I inquired anxiously to the workers there WHere is My envelope. Have or did anyone here see it? NO ONE responded and indicated to me somebody got it and now my money is gone.
How can an envelope that was laying on the countertop openly evident to at least one clerk--then disappear? I have to question this. I am requesting videotape review and police intervention asap.
