Who in the heck hires for this place? I just had 3 grown women try to help the other employee find a zero on the computer keyboard, without ever once acknowledging me. I walked out and they called the person behind me immediately. The feds hiring privatizes are a joke.
I requested temporary forwarding to my vacation home. I have received nothing for a month. I tried calling for 2 days before they answered the phone. Nicole said she would fix it by refiling the forwarding request. So far nothing. My wife finally got them on the phone again and got nothing but attitude.
The lady i spoke with over the phone this morning was very very rude and nasty .I just asked a simple question about my pi box she shut me down so rudely and hung up in my face. I have been with this post office since 2006 .Its in my interest what i thought was a good thing let it go
I have never dealt with such incompetence. I called in reference to a lost letter. They stated they were behind in deliveries. The letter has been missing for two weeks. Called a Mrs. Baker, she stated she would check on it, told me to hold, another person came on the line and started dialing, I kept saying hello, they heard me and hung up. I called once more, the phone was picked up and again they hung up. The line has been busy for the last 15+ minutes. They have caller ID, Mrs.Baker should have had the decency to call me back. If they worked for me , I would have fired the whole lot. It’s oblivious why the postal service is in dire straits, too many employees that don’t work.
This arrived at the trenholm plaza facility 10/15/20 4:55am 29206 tracking number 9400 1362 0639 4190 2998 30 so why the hell can’t it be delivered today to brennen rd columbia sc 29206 instead of sat. the 17th!?!? Trenholm plaza post office SUCKS!!!
I expected an Amazon delivery via USPS on Thursday. It did not arrive. At around 4pm on Thursday, I saw the mail truck go by so I immediately went to my front door. No package. Around 7 I Saran Amazon email saying delivery was attempted at 6 30P,M. I was sitting at my dinning room table plus my security camera showed no one any where in my front yard for anytime in the after noon. Next day, same thing, but this time the message said the delivery attempt was 1.5 hours before the postman came. Friday, however, the message said I should come pick it up. Amazon paid UPS to deliver, not for me to go pick it up. Today they won’t answer the phone.

I'm trying to track any mail that was sent to my old address 435 Percival Road Apt. G Columbia, SC 29206. I haven't seen any mail in about a month before I moved.
