For the past few years, I have been mailing packages from the Fort Jackson Post Office on base and regrettably have to deal with Miss Powell on a regular basis. For some reason, she continues to make snide, sassy, and rude remarks to me no material how friendly and compliant I try to be to her. Not only is she unnecessarily nasty, she is extremely slow. It took her over 10 minutes to send off 4 of my packages. It is unprofessional and unwarranted. Is there anyone else that can help at the front desk besides her? Is it ossicle to move her to the back and have a more professional, friendly person up front? My family and I dread each visit to the post office because of her.
