We have not received ANY mail sine the day before Thanksgiving. So Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, NOTHING. .No even junk mail, let alone birthday cards, bills, etc. The mail truck appears to come through around 9:30 AT NIGHT. Ridiculous!!! When I complained to the "supervisor" at the Two Notch branch she said this is a time of heavy mail. Somehow that does not explain why we would not receive ANY mail.

lately some of my mail has gone to my sister house, I have not lived there since 2005, why would any of my mail go to her address, it is also in another town, and some sensitive mail containing my social went to her address. Good thing she is my relative, but still ,this should not happen. Please someone contact me and correct this.

The woman who regularly delivers our mail is awesome; her subs not so much. Several of us would love to thank her with a Christmas gift, but we don't have her name and want to make sure she's the one who receives the envelopes. How can we get that info?

The mail continues to get here later each day or we don’t get mail at all. Waiting on a letter with a tracking number and it is being held there they said at my request. No one every talked to us about holding one letter. I was able to get through and asked them to deliver this one item and they said they would. They didn’t say anything about the year or month. This has been a difficult time for us to have this conversation

Twice now, we've had small packages mislaid by temporary carriers, which has led to thefts -- presumably by other people in our apartment community. Both times, these items were listed as delivered well after 5PM. They're not highly valuable packages, but it's inconvenient and dishonest. We should not have to watch over people's shoulders to make sure mail is delivered to the right box.

Seriously. My handicapped husband went into mail two packages. He asked for a pen. They made him walk out to car to get one said they didn’t have one. But then a black lady then asked for a pen and without hesitation gave her one. Guess he was wrong color

I cannot get through to either you or the main office. I have a premium forwarding set up and have not received 1/2 of the mail I should have — I must assume that it is sitting in my mail box. Please Help!!1

Ordered From Element Vape in California. The package was delivered to old address when HOUSE IS VACANT. The Carrier are mentally challenged, they have no clue of what to do with customer packages. Luckily I had the tracking number to stop them from RETURNING ITEM. Also, there is no sense of direction, they are slow and lazy, and no one takes pride in their job (loud and ghetto). The location for package pick-up is a NOT. It's the door outside the main office, this was so unprofessional.

Usually in a small office, it is not staffed properly so answering the telephone is not a priority when you are short staffed anyway.

Why even have a phone if no one answers it?? Your reply to me was outrageous and would never hold up in the private sector! I shouldn't be surprised since the post office has been going downhill for ages! Wow, if that isn't"t the height of laziness and poor customer service!

Waiting for a package for Ebay! I have a package that the local post office was supposed to have delivered on Monday 19Sep2016. I have a tracking number and have provided it to the carrier and called the local office yesterday. It is now 27Sep2016 and I have not received any response from the local Post Office located at 8505 Two Notch Road, Columbia, SC. 29223. It is no wonder that the USPS is known as "SNAIL MAIL." I set here looking stupid because the seller has a USPS tracking number, I have not received the package, nor have I received any information from 29223 office either by the carrier or the local office. I will keep updating this until I get my package! Hopefully, someone in authority or who understands why they get paid by the Postal Service will notice this message and respond, so I can respond to the merchant. It is now 27Sep16 @ 13:53. I'm waiting.........
