I have requested 3 times for my postal person to pick up my packages and they still are outside my door
This is my business and I am losing customers rapidly

When our usual lady mail carrier is off, our mail that is addressed to the office gets returned. We are FAH Toscana and also known as Park of Toscana. This business has been here since 1972. We have had bills and checks returned as not at this address.
Why does no one EVER answer the phone? I have a notification that "Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location" this was at 10:30 Dec 24, 2020. Our doors open at 10:00 am and at 10:04 we had several customers in the park. It also said a second delivery would be attempted on the next business day. Well here it is 3:10 pm and no delivery. This was a Christmas gift that was ordered the first week of December from MI
Personal mail is not getting through to us. I am missing a letter from my sister in Kentucky and my husband is missing a post card from a friend in Canada. Advertisements get through with no problem.
We have a business where mail is delivered by Ogelsby PO. Our mailboxes are frequently broken into and we have tried to repair, deter, etc. The staff at Ogelsby have just said get a new one. We are a non-profit and new boxes are very expensive. We also have a door slot but the PO has told us that the carrier cannot place our mail in the slot in lieu of placing in the box because the carrier would have to get out of the mail truck. I have called and left multiple messages with no response. There are only 3 businesses here and we have door slots. I will be attempting to call again but am unsure what to do. Frustrated in Greenville.
I am FURIOUS!! My husband took an old National Geographic Magazine to the Keith Olgesby PO in Greenville SC today to mail to our grandson in the Navy based in California. ONE magazine in an envelope. They charged $8.95 to mail it and it's MEDIA!!!!!! No wonder the damn PO is living off the taxpayers' backs. I'll never mail another package again as long as I live. ~Jane Rogers, Greer SC
The USPS DOES NOT receive money from the government. Many are willing to lie about this than accept the truth. Postal income is earned through sales of stamps and other services.

I was on the phone trying to call for 20 minutes and no one ever answered. I have not been receiving my mail. I did not get it two times last week and it has been two times this week. What is going on?
I tried calling the number 864-288-5207 and it has been ringing for 25 minutes!! 25 MINUTES!!!! and no one has picked up! this is insane. i has a simple question about a letter i sent last week and they can't pick up the phone. Come on Keith! your team is better than that!
I agree! What kind of customer service is this?! I had the same experience.

I have tried, tried and tried again to call into this location to make an appointment to get my passport and no one answers the phone. I have even attempted to send a fax for them to call or email me and still no response. If they are going to require me to have an appointment to get my passport, it would be nice if they would answer the phone so that I might be able to make required appointment.
