I am going to text Elon Musk regarding "Government Efficiency".....He needs to start with this USPS branch....it .is run by incapable, unwilling to assist, absolutely no understanding of their duties as USPS workers, rude individuals.

I live in a neighborhood where the mailbox is set up in a group of locked numbered boxes. This is the FOURTH time, I was notified that my package was delivered, but it was put in someone else’s box! Today, I received a notification and a key was put in my box, but it was the wrong package, so my package yet again went to someone else. Two out of the four times, I didn’t even get my package back! Whoever got it, decided to keep it! I am so tired of this issue and the inconvenience and financial losses it has caused me. Currently I am looking into other courses of action, as for the package today…. I’ve called the post office multiple times since 11:30am and have gotten no response.

More than once our mail carrier does not ring the doorbell for us to sign letters. Instead we get orange slips. We are elderly, retired, and at home all day. Isn't that her job? Rather, we have to either go to town to the post office or make an extra trip to the mailbox.. We are recovering from a serious MVA and it is a hardship. I left her a note with the signed orange slip (for tomorrow's redelivery) that if she is Covid-timid, ring doorbell, leave item to be signed, step back, let us open door signed, put on doormat, and she can retrieve it. This particular item is regarding an unaccepted certified letter that was returned. It involves a lot of money. Being inconvenienced or a delay regarding so much money is not appropriate.

ATTN: Brian Frazier... Pleasantburg Station... Greenville SCWe have a new carrier. Many of my neighbors are complaining. Mail is deposited into the wrong boxes every day. What a debacle. It continues to happen to me. Today, a package from Walgreens, with my correct address on it, was returned to sender for wrong address. That is laziness. When packages are in the parcel locker, the lock is usually turned in such a screwy fashion that our keys won't open it. This has happened to me twice. I have a package that I needed for Christmas that has been in the parcel locker since December 12. I am putting all of the companies that I patronize NEIMAN MARCUS, BLOOMINGDALE'S, BERGDORF GOODMAN, MACY'S, BELK, DILLARD'S, NORDSTROM, WALMART, AMAZON, TARGET, WALGREENS, CVS, ETC on notice that I will cease to spend money with them if they ship via USPS. UNACCEPTABLE!

I cannot depend on getting all of my mail. It is frequently put in the wrong box. I am not eligible for notification when my mail arrives, and I am missing important mail.

Our mail has not been delivered today. We close at 4. I have called numerous times to the Pleasantburg location and gotten no answer. At least have a voice mail if no one will pick up.
