I have a package that has been sitting now for three (3) days and no one seems to be able to give an answer.

Former issue was mail person not closing my mailbox, and mail would end up on the ground. New problem is my mail not being picked up. I am on day 3 with mail still in my box, flag up. I see the mail truck go by on my camera, but just keeps going. I've tried using the 1-800 number, I've tried NUMEROUS times the local number.....no help. I've been in this home over 30 years and have watched the mail service really diminish. Very disappointed.

No one answers the phone at the number provided 843-569-2610. Have tried many times over many days. Fax does not work either.

From lost packages to no one ever answering the phone, this is the worst post office I’ve ever dealt with. Save your time and go somewhere else

We have had several expense items not being delivered by USPS in the past 3 weeks. Today is another example of an item shipped and not delivered. We are getting confirmations that the items are being delivered but nothing shows up. What is the problem is someone stealing the items this is a repeated problem that many of our residents are complaining about. Someone needs to investigate what is going on. THE USPS should be SHUT DOWN or taken over by a private company!! This is just the poorest excuse for any service, as we all know. I live in an apartment complex and I have a package that weighs 50 lbs and the carrier will NOT bring this to my door, even though we have an elevator 10 yards from our mailboxes. She keeps putting a notice in my mail slot that states, "mailbox is full" must be scheduled for redelivery. REALLY???? Of course, I am calling the N. Charleston Post Office and the line is continuously busy, so I can't even get through. Just like the DMV's in our country...the USPS is worthless!

Mail was to be held, however junk mail was delivered & several pieces of mail to other unknown people which have been returned to post office. Missing 6-8 pieces of important mail.

On Saturday, 11 Dec 2021, the mail carrier who delivered the mail to Belvedere Drive in Hanahan, SC left my small 7x9" package that didn't even weight a pound at the end of my driveway, about 15 inches from the side of the road. This is very unsatisfactory service. Who ever it was couldn't even be bothered with getting out of the truck and walking maybe 40 ft. to put it on my front porch. Anybody could have walked or driven by and taken it.

We have not received our mail at my office for three consecutive days! Prior to that we missed days sporadically over the last month. In addition, it is impossible to make human phone contact with the P.O. The COVID excuse stated on the 800 phone line is unacceptable as an excuse for poor mail delivery!

I am trying to place a hold on my mail. I do not want to change my address at this time, but wish to hold my mail for a month. Can you please email me at the email listed above in reguards to this matter. I need my mail Hold as soon as possible starting January 3,2021

This stinks!!!!! Bad phone numbers. Why bother to put in the info if the number is disconnected or no longer in service. I went inside and mailed a package that needed to arrive by Christmas. It was 10 mins to 5 and box said last pick was 5:00. I am so disappointed. I live in Goose Creek and they don't have pick up after 4:30 for I had to go all the way up to Rivers Ave. BUT tracking shows NO scan. Now I am screwed!!!

Slow ass mail system I'm looking for my w2 been mailed out since wed. Haven't. Received it yet. This is why the post office is loosing money . Do y all damn job. Give ppl they mail in a timely manner. Assholes
