Usually, I have no issues with my mail delivery, but, today when my courier delivered my mail, he/she wedged an Amazon package into our mailbox. The package contained a camera. It took both my husband & me plus a long-handled tool to get the box out of the mailbox. Thankfully, the camera was not damaged, but, it could have been as we had to almost destroy the box to get it unstuck & out. Couriers should be instructed NOT to wedge packages in small mailboxes - deliver to the door.

In the past I have left amazon return packages at the prosperity sc post office but today I was told by an over weight really fat man that I couldn’t leave a package for ups. I told him in the past they have taken them. The nearest Ups center is 20 miles from the post office. Since Ups delivers to the post office I cannot see why you can’t give the return package at the same time when they deliver. This is very inconvenient for people who live in rural areas. By the way, the large fat man was talking on the telephone instead of helping people in line. I told him most businesses have phones put on hold to wait on people who are on the store. He said those are his rules to answer the phone first. Very inconvenienced and unhappy about not being able to send a package. I hope I don’t get him in the future. Emily Cook
