I have spent over an hour trying to reach the any one of your locations including the main post office. Not one person answers and either the phone disconnected after ringing 100 times or the mailbox is full. On Monday 4/21/25 I mailed a package a package 2 day with a signature required. This is a package that needs to go to a door to be signed for not to a mail room. Which how could the USPS not have access to a mail room.

This is an extremely important package Court evidence and the USPS has not delivered my package on time.

Cannot reach a person at local phone number and mailbox is "full". Package containing chocolate delivered to mailbox locked and key will not open it! Key is stuck in the lock. Bank of metal mailboxes that get hot in the sun. Need help! Carrier also keeps leaving mail belonging to previous owner of my house even though there are forwarding notices pasted in the box!
From the posts below I see nothing has changed. We continually receive and return neighbors mail as do they. Don't know who my carrier is because their always changing. Today my confidential mail
was opened, I presume by a neighbor so now I'm pissed. Not the first time either!
This is the second time a parcel I ordered was delivered to the wrong parcel box. This is a new community, and no-one returned the item kinda, sad isn't it?... But, really, with the few residents living here, 20, this is not acceptable. Maybe a reading comprehension test should be giving, for this position. I am really annoyed and can only image what will happen when this community reaches it's max of 50 homes...
This is the third time that the Fairview Rd post office in Simpsonville SC lost my mail ( bills ) that have resulted in late fees and my credit score decreasing. This facility really needs to retrain their incompetent employees !!
Omg!! I also have recently been getting others’ mail! Today (4/16/19) I received a few pieces for me but two other different addresses in my mailbox! I took my neighbors their mail myself today. But about one week ago I received two pieces of mail for other people. I wrote “not correct address” on envelopes & put them back into my mailbox, I just called the Fairview Rd (Simpsonville) post office & conveniently for them, their mailbox is full! Could not leave a message! They prob leave it full. Luckily, I DID receive my own statement from my investments!! Would really have been awful if that went to the wrong person. Makes one wonder, however, what else I am not receiving, oh! Yes. I have not been receiving my Weight Watchers magazine for a few months!!
