Postal Locations

This is the 3rd time my coupons are missing. Happened last Oct, Dec and for the month of August. Somehow someone at the PO thought they needed them more than me!

Not a happy camper as well. I had a birthday card opened with a $100.00 gift card inside. I went to management with absolutely no satisfaction whatsoever. The manager actually said that he could not imagine any one of his carriers doing something like this. I watch my box very closely and get my mail as soon as it arrives. Now today I called this office to ask if we were supposed to get mail today, that I always get mine in the morning, and I had outgoing mail that has not been picked up yet. You wouldn’t believe how the person responded. She fed me every excuse in the book. I don’t go to that post office to do business, are use another one close by. But my mail comes from this post office, so I really have no options other than getting a post office box, of which, after living at my address for over 30 years seems a little ridiculous. I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I’m really tired of this nonsense.

worse post office ever!!!!!!! management is crap customer service a joke, Nobody rang our doorbell or knocked! Only to receive a text that they missed me and a notice on my door so they have me called out from work just to get a notice on my door!!!!! went to Westside Spartanburg USPS to pick it up only for the manager to tell me they not supposed to ring the doorbell cause of covid! So how must I get my package? Why update only to leave a notice dumbest thing ever!!! This post office and customer service is trash! The Superviser as no customer service at all!

Westside Postoffice I sent a $55k certified check with tracking and it has disappeared at the westside postoffice. Supervisor says she hadnt seen it and they didn't loose it. Tracking shows it was delivered and sent out for delivery. Carrier remember (from 10 days ago) that he did not have a certified package to deliver to the residence. Was told I just needed to cancel checks. That would be great if the bank didn't put a 90 day hold on the certified check amd charge me $30 ). I have filed a complaint with usps. We will see if the package is recovered within the next 24 hours. Its aways great working with idiots.

Have not received my package

A mail person supposedly attempted delivery of a heavy box from Amazon to us on Thursday, 7/30. Nobody rang our doorbell or knocked! Three of us were home, and our dog barks if somebody is making noise and taking time to put cartons in a bin on our front porch (or beside it, if it's really large). We received a notice on our door of an attempt to deliver a heavy box.NO SUCH DELIVERY OCCURED! On Friday, 7/31, my husband went to our Westside Spartanburg USPS to pick it up, and a sign said packages could not be picked up! We had 3 Amazon boxes delivered on Friday, 7/31. One was marked heavy, but we got it. I am elderly and have had 5 spinal surgeries, but I was able to pick up the boxes, including the one labeled heavy, and bring them into the house. Don't send such a weak mail person to deliver packages! If a USPS office accepts a package for delivery, they should have to deliver it. HOW THE HECK OUR WE SUPPOSED TO GET OUR PACKAGE?!

I've been going to this PO for a while now (few years). Very friendly staff. They take their time with each customer to make sure they meet or exceed the customers needs. I really like this post office. The only thing they need to work on is having more employees at the windows so the line isn't almost standing out the door from customers rushing in around or near closing time. I highly recommend this PO and give them a 9/10 star rating. :)

worse po in state. no management. harrassement customer service a joke,discrimation accidents covered up anything can imagine. customers complaining about service called cops on customers.
