I mailed a printer back to QVC 10/06. Unfortunately I misplaced the tracking number. I went to the E Brainard office and got absolutely no help in trying to find my tracking number. The lady in the middle window kept telling me she didn't work that day, but kept pointing to the Nov. calendar. Very poor customer service. Looks like the item would have been returned to me by now, 11/23.

Just want to see if they have PO Boxes to rent but they never answer their phone. At a time when the US Post Office is asking for Billions of dollars in extra funding I would expect better customer service!

This facility rents PO Boxes but has a limited supply. PO Boxes are not rented by phone. You will need to show up in person and may be asked to show identification.
