Yesterday, I don't know who delivered my mail. I'm upset that I had 3 packages and they were left by my mail box which is next to the street. A few days ago, my package was left at my back door. If my packages aren't placed at my back door, leave me a note in my mail box to pick up packages at the post office. Who ever was on my route was just too lazy and didn't care about someone stealing these packages. If this problem arises again I will report to someone higher up.

The girl that usually answers the phone is always very helpful, honest and sincere no mother how piled up and busy they are. Dont assume ur issue is with them if u call concerned about a package that you paid extra to receive by now. Always track your order by simply copy/pasting a text of ur shipment #, which u can find in ur email from the co. u ordered from, to 28777 because I've had packages get stolen & it happens to pple aLOT nowadays. Luckily, when I track my orders I get a text when it's in the mailbox and the mailman usually hasn't even left yet by the time I get out there.
