I am a successful eBay seller and rely on the Post office for information, every time I go to the Jefferson City Post office, the heavy set girl is there, she won’t give me any information or answer a question. She is RUDE and HATES her job. I’ve seen her many times be nasty to customers. I know you’re stuck with her, but can’t you stick her in the mail sorting room,’or dead mail department? She SERIOUSLY HATES HER JOB

Got into the postal line 5 minutes before closing. When I got to the front of the line, postal clerk said Sorry I have to close! Very rude and refused to take my package because it was her closing time! I was in Shock! I have called to talk to postmaster but they never pick up their phone ! New to area and TN is full of nice people—but not at this post office!
This place is awful. They have lost several packages of mine. You cant get ahold of anyone and they wont call you back. My address has been the same for 3 years so why it get to the jeff city location then goes to dandridge and gets lost from there. I live in jeff city
Very rude and unprofessional ppl work there. We were middle of moving but we still have all furnichures and one of car paked in driveway. They decided to return all of mails to senders. We called and visited to stop that. They did not apologized until the end. One of guy said, I m sorry ,can you leave now? . Terrible service.
