I also called your national number and the lady there was very nice, she took a report and told me my local post office would get back to me by yesterday afternoon. They did not call. I'm an old timer and have lived in a lot of places and have always had great experiences with your people until now! The group that I'm forced to deal with here has the worst customer service that I have ever seen, including retail locations all over the world! Your Tracking number is 9400111205181409580838.
