I would like to compliment the young male carrier whose name is Charade. When she delivers our mail it's always on time and she does it pleasantly, it's a joy to see her. I think she's a real asset to the US Postal Service and I wanted to give her a compliment. Thank you Michael Hood, 3811 1

I had a terrible experience here recently. Three worthless, lazy employees (including a manager, I think) lollygagging around while two of us were kept waiting. Then, a very polite black man ahead of me was finally waited on, and they were not helpful to him at all (long story). In accepting my two pre-paid packages, they made me place them elsewhere being too lazy to take it from me. Disgraceful!!!
