I mailed 3 cards Sunday, 6/5/2022 and the cards have not been received after a week. I dropped them off at the drop box on Hickory Hill ( the drop box that stands alone). I was told that , that drop box mail was not picked up. Why? Please check that drop box, my cards went to Scott Cain and family, Mrs. Hayes and Dana Sweat, they are sympathy cards. 901-860-1562 after 3:00 pm.
I would like to recognize an employee named Susan. She has helped me so much to locate my package. I sent a priority mail package to Kirby Parkway on 3-14-22. My receipt stated that the expected delivery date would be 3-15-22. My package was delivered today
3-24-22, personally by Susan on her lunch hour. This was above and beyond the call of duty. I have talked to her every day this week. She has been so kind and helpful. I don't know what the delay was concerning my package, but I was so concerned about it getting to the destination. I just wanted you to know what a wonderful employee you have in Susan. She is certainly deserving about any consideration that you could give her. Thank you.
What is wrong with our carrier???? For months now they will drop off mail but will not pickup outgoing mail
Plus they cannot exert themselves to close anyone’s mailbox after they deliver mail
I have a video of 30 plus open mailboxes full of bills, checks, important documents
My postman is always shoving packages in my mailbox that don’t fit. Some packages, I’ve had a difficult time getting out of the mailbox. Yesterday custom made wrapping paper I ordered was put in my mailbox and it was sticking out for everyone to see or take. I’ve neve4 had a postman like this.

I had a box come into Memphis Distribution Center on August 4th, according to tracking info, and was scheduled for delivery on August 7th. It did not come that day or the next, and today the tracking reads "delivery date unknown"! Where is my box?
I'm near the Hickory Hill post office in Memphis, Tn.
I've noticed the last two weeks my mail has been late.
On June 30 2020 two mail trucks ran, the first one (truck) ran I received a box and some mail.
Later on another postal truck came and put mail in my box.
I just want to know what's going on?

My mail is delivered by the Hickory Hill Post Office 3735 Hickory Hill Rd, Memphis, TN 38115. I would like to recognize and thank my mail carrier Nate Young for his excellent customer service. My granddaughter mailed me an important piece of mail and only addressed to Nana with the wrong address. Nate went to the trouble to try and figure out which house to deliver to and he got the mail to me. I really appreciate his effort to go above and beyond.
Please ask the Saturday delivery person to NOT leave My packages on the ground by the mailbox. We live on a very busy street and the package is on the ground by my mailbox are almost in the street
I just got off of the telephone with someone at the HIckory Hill station named Cliff. While we couldn't solve my problem, he was extremely helpful, very courteous and professional.
I would like to also say that when a customer calls and wants a package redelivered and left at the door, there needs to be a way via email etc. that this can occur. Like others, I work all day during your operational hrs. and I can't get there to pickup a package. If we give the ok, it should be available to provide the authority to redeliver the pkg and it left at the owner's request OR have a relative pick it up.
