Postal Locations

These people are so nice. I called ahead because I needed to get a large amount of stamps and had failed at 3 other post office locations. These folks are a large enough facility to be well stocked and had what I needed. I talked to James on the phone who said they'd be ready for me. I waited my turn in line while they attended to an obviously difficult customer. When I got to the desk, the postal lady (sorry I don't have her name) had instantly recovered from that difficult person and looked me square in the eye with a smile. They were ready for me and my stamps were at arm's reach. Baddabing. Baddaboom. And I was on my way. Their competence and pleasantness made my day. Bravo Mendenhall Post Office.

Need an appointment at 1:30 today 6/11/18

I am submitting this to show my disappointment in regards to my mail being delivered late. Example, my att bill was mailed on the 9th of November, I received on the 24th of November the due date. I had the best mail carrier, Cheryl, but she has not delivered in my area in 2 weeks, please put her back on our route, she is a delight and goes above and beyond. I have never been late on a bill in my 62 years of life, but the USPS have changed that and I am not happy, I am sure ya'll could care less, but needed to address before going to the main point.
