For six consecutive business days we review the daily email showing what Church Street USPS has scanned and is expecting to deliver to Pomoa Place. They have delivered NOTHING since last Wednesday and today is Tuesday (7 days). Each day I view the several First Class letters that are time sensitive but cannot get them because they often don’t deliver at all. Today, the following Tuesday, they stuffed our box with local advertising, but none of the time critical first class mail. We’re one mile from 37129, yet assigned 37130 which is 5.5 miles away. Someone is not honest with their time.

My P.O. is Church Street Station Post Office 825 S Church St Murfreesboro,TN 37130. Had a pick up scheduled during regular delivery time for 12/27/22 no one picked up. Rescheduled for 12/28/22 again no pick up. Tried to call the local P.O. phone rings about 20 times then disconnects. Spent an hour redialing got disconnected every time. I am disabled and home-bound so I am dependent on this service my taxes pay for.

I’ve been trying to get a packaged delivered to my new address and they keep saying they can’t deliver it even AFTER I already talked to customer service rep a day ago and she verified the address for it to be redelivered. It was suppose to be redelivered the next day and they waited 6 days to try to redeliver and once again said IT COULDNT BE DELIVERED! Nobody will answer the phones at the local post office so now I am on a hour wait trying to find out how they can deliver my regular mail but not my package with the EXACT same address.

I have not received mail for 3 days for zip code 37128, customer service is on lunch break all day long. I have lost claim package and no answer because customer service 800 is terrible. I'm currently typing this while on a 1 1/2 hour hold.

Mail was delivered on 12/7/17 and should have been on hold. Also a package through FedEx Smart Post was delivered (should have been under mail hold also) By the way, package was also delivered to wrong address, thanks for good neighbors- I got!!

I have continuously tried to call this post office and nobody ever answers or it is busy! And when I go in the lady with brown hair and glasses is ALWAYS extremely RUDE!

The Church street post office is a joke! I have called for 5 days either busy or no answer. At least one of the employees is giving out a incorrect address and because of this i have recieved none of my mail for over 2 months. Where do they find these people and be assured you will not get ahold of anyone to help fix this matter.

I can't believe that I'm the only one that hates trying to get ahold of the post office without actually walking in to one! I have tried the phone number for 3 separate individual post offices and guess what? That's right - it is either busy, or rings until the automatic hang up...EVERY TIME FOR AT LEAST 3 DAYS. Calling the 800 number proves no better - I'm currently typing this while on a 1 hour hold. RIDICULOUS. This is why any other option for mail is better than the USPS. I have a very simple question that would be so much more efficiently handled by a phone call - answer, question, answer given, good bye, next.
