Postal Locations

One of the worst post offices I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with!. Once again received a notice of delivery for a package that was not received. This happened multiple times previously, as well as receiving other people's mail. Called the post office the same day, spoke to Monica. Said the tracking number I provided to her had a different delivery address; couldn't tell me what the address was; however, all the communications with sender have the correct address. Was to research and call back, no surprise, did not call. Started calling at 8:20AM, although the office is supposed to open at 8:00AM, recording said the office was closed. Continue to call for approximately the next 1-1/2 hours. Never answers. Filed a claim but not holding out much hope I will get any results.

A package delivery notice said delivered to a package locker. My residence has a mailbox on the street and does not have a package locker. This is the second time in a year that a package has been placed in the new neighborhood’s central postal set up. THe post office site will not accept a claim inquiry.

They don't answer phone and my drugs that are mailed are not getting delivered.

I did not receive my mail on Friday, Oct 8, 2021, even though I received an email showing what I was to get. Some of this mail is very important. My husband, Thomas Adam, passed away last month and some of this mail is concerning his death benefits, etc. the strange thing is that my out going mail was picked up! Please respond as to why I didn’t get my mail. PS: Today I received some mail, but none of it was what I was supposed to get yesterday.

It is more common than not that my outgoing mail isn’t picked up. Over it.

This is a most friendly location. The grey headed bearded gentleman is always polite and happy to assist with any questions. I drive to Bellevue because my Bell Meade location is rude and lazy!

The mail carrier for River Plantation section IV in Nashville, Tn has to be the worst. I've left the flag up week after week and he rarely stops for a day or two. My mail will be post stamped days prior to receiving it and when I have packages I order, the tracking will show it arrived at the post office for up to a week before it is ever delivered. You would think people would be grateful for a job!!!
