NIXIE postal worker at 37230 I do believe. I will attach a pic of the item. What are the facts? There was a piece of mail sent back instead of being delivered to my address with a sticker attached saying that there was “no such number”. But the sticker was from zip code 37230 instead of 37643 dated 09/05/2023 so why was it not sent to the correct zip code and address? Where did the misconduct/wrongdoing occur? It was at Nashville Tennessee office How was the misconduct/wrongdoing committed? Sent mail back to sender instead of forwarding it to the correct address who’s is clearly shown. Do you have first-hand knowledge of the misconduct/wrongdoing? Yes I have the item that was placed into an envelope and mailed again and I then received it. Where can we obtain additional information concerning the misconduct/wrongdoing? Send me an email and I will send you a picture of the item. Who else might be aware of the misconduct/wrongdoing?

I'm not going to leave one Starr. I am so very disappointed with the postal service. I sent a package out using my mailbox with the flag up. Postal service took it . And now it has been close to 4 months and there is still no word about my package. It is a paycheck for me. I am sending gold and diamonds to a recycling center. It has about 3200 dollars in it. And I totally feel like everyone has been either passing the buck or just flat out don't want to deal with me. I would like a number to call where FedEx packages are piled up waiting on transport. Maybe if I had that number I could just call myself and see if I get a decent employee that will look around for my package. I have completely documented everything I have sold. I'm gett

The delivery of certain merchandise is having an affect on my routine affairs. This Post Office location has been taking its time handling my package to be delivered. They should relate in writing how my property has been involved in their in the effort to reach its destination. They informed of accepted package and can not be reached.

tried all day to call post office line is always buzzy some days no mail (like today no mail or pick-up } other days a whole box full . Been this since our old mail carrier retired and we got a new one, Talk to our local post office and they say they can't do any thing. What type of biasness are you running????

Have tried off and on all day to call the main office of the Nashville PO. No one had ever answered the phone. No one. I assume they have a phone as there is a number listed.

As you can tell from the reviews... service is lacking. The phone is never answered, and I'm beginning to wonder if they really have a functioning phone. I sent a package to the Czech Republic, an art object that a man purchased on my Etsy site. The package was returned to Nashville because customs could not contact the man (he had left on a month long vacation.) It took 2 months to get there and 2 months to get back to Nashville. The day it arrived in Nashville, instead of delivering it back to me, some bozo turned right around and sent it back to the Czech Republic. In doing this, the tracking number was changed and I can no longer check to see if it arrives. This is a nightmare for me and the customer. I will have to refund his money and probably lose the valuable sculpture. A post office rep just told me that a worker probably got confused about the "return" marked on the package. However, the package entered the US that way, and New Jersey knew to send it on to Nashville, so there is no excuse for this kind of ineptitude with people's merchandise. Now I know why many people want to shut down the PO and privatize mail service.

Worst place ever. I had a package last scanned at this facility August 27 then it disappeared never fo be seen again. Pisses me off so bad it had several things that were sentimental to my daughter and things she needed for school. Evidently one of these postal employees saw it as easy cash and stole it. Probably sold the stuff on line. So mad will never is USPS again.

I have tried to call the Nashville post office about some items I sold on ebay and mailed through ebay sipping - First Class. All three envelopes were mailed on 07/16/2020 and today is 07/28/2020. These items were mailed in Glasgow, KY and I was told they go to Bowling Green. Bowling Green told me they go directly to Nashville they just take off one truck and put on another. They have been in Nashville this entire time. All three Customers on ebay have complained and want refunds! I know Covid 19 has slowed things down but this is not acceptable. I am going to provide the tracking numbers and feel that USPS owes me the value and shipping of these items even without insurance!!!!! I have to refund this money for the item plus shipping. Other items shipped that day by Priority have arrived!!! An Inquiry; I was sent a Visa Gift Card in December 2019, and I never received it and it was cashed. I never thought much of it, just lost. I sent my grand children a 50.00 visa gift card on April 29, 2020 and they never received them. Is something going on with the mail delivery? Maybe you should investigate.

OMG i have called approx. 150 times and no one answer the phone. I have two packages that have been lost since December 31st and today is April 15th. No body is taking care of me as the customer. I called a near by office and the guy that answer said “i see what you see but these pkgs are definitely no here, so you have to call that main office” what king of customer service is that!!!!! Do i have to consider my packages as “stolen” by the post office? It was two iphones i sent for trade ins to ATT in NAS.

This comment does not concern our service here in Hendersonville. We have great service. My concern is the looks of the Post Office. Windows are filthy and shrubs outside are out of control. I was shocked when I went in there today. I usually go to the little post office at the corner of Main Street and Walton Ferry, which is located in a store. Which I did go there first and they had a note on the door that they had no stamps, which this has been the case before. So I went to the main office and mentioned it to the clerk and she said they were about out also. This should never be the case. There should be a system in place when the stamps are scanned, that tells them that the supply is getting low and more need to be ordered by the one in charge of that. This post office has always been clean and neat. I didn't look at the lobby but the area where the clerks are was clean. Not sure who cleaned the windows but maybe a new company needs to be hired.

I see most reviews are complaints. My review about Cross Plains, TN post office is positive. I love my post office. All the employees I have dealt with do an excellent job. In particular I have had had extra good service from Carolyn Rowe. Very few people in service jobs have her excellent and positive attitude. Thanks again.

Fri., Jan. 12, 2018, we had bills to be mailed out in our mailbox from 8:30 am until 9:00 pm last night. Our mail never ran all day, some did get mail in our neighborhood earlier yesterday, and regularly, our mail doesn't come until 5:30, 6:30, 7:00 pm, occasionally a substitute delivers flying through early in day, putting other people's mail in boxes. Excuse from post office in West Nashville that they have to deliver to a bunch of apartments first, before they ever get to our area. We and others are older and don't need to be out after dark going to mailboxes. . Terrible Customer Service at West Nashville post office. Help, will you be picking our bills up today since it's snowy??? Many didn't have bills and letters picked up yesterday.

This USPS LOST a package I mailed, and will do NOTHING to help locate it. The weekend manager is a lazy, unfriendly JERK, with a smartallick attitude. Why he is in that position is beyond me.

Perhaps if the Poastmaster General ever tried calling this office (or the Henderson office on Lebanon) he would add hanging up the phone to the test to get employed with the USPS. Then he would have to make a trip down there to explain to the Nashville Main Office Window Post Office management that they are provided a phone for a reason and he expects them to use it! Just my way of thinking....
