As they never answer phones or return calls on left messages ! Phones ring and no one answers or fast busy signals at all three branches ! If are hospitals were run in this matter we would all be dead ! They blame it on the phone system ! But yet we continue to spend billions on there incompetent’s ! So saad !!
I send a package on August 26,2020and it took 8 days before my daugher receive it. unfortunately the box was open and out of 9 items only 1 received by my daughter with a lot of papers to just to make it look full. They lack customer service skills. They dont give accurate info. They cant answer any of your questions and if they do you confirm it with the other workers and its another answer. Need new customer oriented people who know their job.
