Postal Locations

I live in a large apt complex on OHB, in the Brentwood area. The USPS mail carriers are getting highly unreliable. I can't even call the Woodbine P.O. because they never answer the freaking phone. The carriers are regularily delivering packages to the wrong Parcel Locker. I am missing a package today that Informed Delivery says was delivered to Parcel Locker. When I receive a package for piece of mail for another apt #, I deliver it myself, because I am honest. Others have not afforded the same courtesy to me. USPS used to be reliable but no more.

Need postal worker from this specific office to track my package It was put in the wrong parcel locker ….my number is BLDG F104 8032 Bienville drive Nashville tn. 37211

Why doesn't 37 211 receive flyers anymore we have not received any flowers for the past month of December is there a problem with the flyers please let us know cuz we would like to have those flyers back thank you have a blessed day and I'm very very holiday and New Year.

I live on Argo Place and our postman is absolutely awful. Just recently it was scanned three weeks ago that I was to receive a calendar from Our Daily Bread that had ordered for a gift. I left a note asking why I never got it and my husband said he found the note wadded up and thrown in the yard. Never got the calendar or a response. Another time I asked why our mail was so late after 6pm and he responded it’s none of your business. Another time my husband had our dog on the leash in our yard and he tells my husband get that dog away from my truck. I wish we had someone else besides this guy he’s absolutely awful.

For the past 3 weeks I have called and requested a call back because my mailbox lock is messed up. I can get it to unlock maybe 3 times a week. My key gets stuck and it won't turn. Also i have had mail returned to sender and 1 was from my bank which they charged me a $10.00 fee. Another was a rent check to my leasing office here at The Brentwood Apartments which made my rent late and I had to pay $190.00 late fee. And again yesterday which I have been waiting 13 days for this check and it was returned to sender. I can't get anyone to return my calls. I will try again today. ty

The mail delivery person for my neighborhood from this office has noted delivered for my tracked mail but doesn’t deliver it . This has occurred 2x in 6 months . He noted delivered to porch for an envelope (who puts an envelope on the porch ?)of course it wasn’t . The investigation procedure is a joke and you never hear anything as far as results . This is robbery !

Very very very bad communication and service with people

No deliveries this week supposedly because of the snow per the female postal person I talked with on the phone. She said it was the drivers discretion. The street I live on has a no difficulty factor for one of their trucks with the standard chains they use. Never was a problem in past years. The driver must be a wimp and should not have his job. What a crock of bulls--t. Typical goverment management.Very sad!

Discrimination. Ive been trying to open a p.o box. They require picture I.D which i have, but also one of 3 other things to confirm present address. "Voter or vehicle registration card" (i cant vote, and dont have a car). "Home or vehicle insurance card" (i dont have a car. And i can only afford to live in a guys basement). "Current lease, mortgage, or deed of trust" (i live in a guys basement). I tried explaining these things and i even brought an official letter from the guy i live with and they wont accept it. Ergo i dont have what is required to get the keys. Oh and the box is already paid for! Isnt that something.

I tried phoning 27 times today with no answer!

FedEx delivered a package to this post office instead of my residence. But trying to reach this post office is impossible. After calling a dozen times, a postal employee answered the phone by saying “What do you want?” Then, I was immediately put on hold and disconnected. I hope everyone who works in this dump eats shit and dies.

the absolute worst post office and service. cant get a response from anybody and they will not answer the phone. seems like this is nothing new, because i am reading reviews going back 5 years and people are complaining about the same thing. obviously nobody cares, which is typical of a failed government employee that cant be fired and gets paid no matter how poorly they do their job. very unhappy, frustrated and dissatisfied.

I have called this post office over and over you get the same responce which is nothing just like the goverment

Yea. I'm really frustrated that the mailman delibertly filled out the peach sheet inside his car while my house was occupied. So now I have to come pick up the package when Its not even necessary.

I called the Woodbine post office at 1:30 PM on July 21 to inquire about a package that I dropped off there yesterday and appears to be missing. The clerk put me on hold and promptly hung up on me. She didn't want to be bothered.

Have had a horrible time with tenants not getting their mail. Can go weeks at a time without receiving mail.... Crazy that this can happen.
