Just wanted to give a shout out to Crystal for her awesome customer service today!! I had an issue with a lost key to access my mailbox in my complex. She was very informative on how to get a lock change with new key and even had the post lady deliver the mail presently sitting in my mailbox to my door. WOW!! 5 Stars!!

courteous warm safe atmosphere. We are thankful for this little best kept secret.
I have informed delivery and many times in the last few weeks some of the items were not delivered. Today the expected debit card was supposed to be delivered but it was not and there is no way to reach the local post office by phone. Some things seriously need to be addressed at the Old Hickory Village post office.
I have had NUMEROUS issues with this office delivering my mail to the wrong address. I called today to ask about it and was treated like a child when I asked questions. I have never ever been treated so rudely. When asked what their name was, she told me her name was Lisa and refused to give me a last name.
Unacceptable behavior. There needs to be a change in this office.
Something really needs to be done about this post office! Plus some of their drivers. I have seriously watched our driver skip houses for NO reason at all on so many occasions. You may get your mail on some days or you may not . Just depends if she feels like !
