I just moved into a brand new house and went to the post office. They said that the mail box keys were left in the box and that they would pick them up the next day. 4 weeks came along and many trips to the post office and no keys. I later talked to my mail man and he said that he would handle it. The next day I get a call from somebody in the many post office saying it’s getting handle. I called many times to ask if they had a key yet but no answer and every time I go down to the post office nobody has an answer to where my keys are
I have video of the carrier slamming the packages he delivered today into the ground and leaving them in the yard. After he slammed the last package you can hear him say "F### you guys." This is unacceptable behavior. I wish I had a way to forward the video to his supervisor, or include it in this comment. I was at work, so my wife with medical issues brought the packages in so they wouldn't be left in the yard.
They clearly do not look to see what address the packages are going to for the Mesquite Forrest neighborhood. For the fifth time in 3 months my packages are missing and show to have been delivered. I wish they could find competent mail carriers. I I did business like they do my customers would fire me in a heartbeat.
I need to be contacted mail carrier came yesterday with a package that needed to be signed for, there was not a form left saying sorry we missed our come to post office to get package, today mail left but no one came to door. Just received something in my mail talking about a certified letter and that you guys came to my door at 8 a.m. but that's impossible because I was awake at 8 a.m. so if you could please have my certified letter read delivered back to my address that would be wonderful but I don't appreciate something saying that it was delivered but nobody came to my door that's false information and yes just like the other customer nobody ever answers your guyses phone it says business hours are from 8 a.m. to 5:15 then somebody should be there to answer the phone
Trying to get up with someone to have a certified letter redelivered is impossible. Please knock louder so at least the dogs can hear when you come to the door. We really need this certified letter redelivered, Yesterday was the first attempt, we are unable to get to the facility to pick it up. NONE will answer the phone , and the carriers are there by now. Even tried calling the Main branch on Pine street and they have the phone off the hook. So frustrated right now. Getting help on the 800 number is impossible, cant seem to get through to a HUMAN BEING.
