Dear USPS: Thank you for offering this venue to request PKG is delivered during normal workday hours of 8-5pm
1) when the lobby managers office is opened next to the post office boxes and if you leave box in front of their door I will look for it there.
2 to the EXACT MAILBOX at the apartment mailboxes in the lobby level next to where the security guard desk is
3 in the exact apartment level floor where left of the glass door there is a mailbox
4 or even behind the front glass door, just leave the box in between the glass door and the wooden front door and nobody will take it as it will be hidden from prying eyes if unable to come to the door due to recooperation.
5 If unable to deliver, please let me know so I can arrange to have someone go by the post office and pick it up at the 823 Congress Avenue location.

I'd rather speak to the postmaster for this location. Both of the phone numbers I have been given by usps go unanswered and do not offer voice mail. I have a missing check, sent by certified mail, that has not been delivered to a residence in the 78701 zip code. I have directed redelivery on line, and when it was not redelivered, I called the usps toll free number, where the service agent confirmed the situation and typed in directions to redeliver again. Still no delivery, and no updates have been made to the tracking record. Carrier never left a note about missed delivery.
