I have tried to call this post office multiple times to track a package that is supposed to be redelivered, but no one answers. This place is a joke and I wish my post office was Balcones Woods again because this one is subpar.

Tried phoning this post office more than twenty times, artificial reply says “putting you through” to the next operative but nobody ever answers.

I have been waiting since the 24th of July for my package they tell me it is in transit from Austin. I live 30 minutes from Austin Po? I have made out a case and everythng else they have asked. I guess I eill ask for my money I paid for the Perfume I can now assume it is been stolen

Appalling service. Phone help is non existent. I already spent a total of 25 minutes waiting for my calls to be answered this morning. I have yet to speak to a human being at the post office. UPS 'confirmed' that my package had been delivered by the USPS weeks ago. It never arrived. The toll free number accesses a tree of options. I answered them all. None were useful. I need to get that parcel. I will go in person to the Mcneil Post Office. I do not intend to let the Post Office get away with non-delivery of an expensive item. My cell phone number is 805 341 4444.
