The supervisor refuses to add my address to the system. She is incredibly passive aggressive and she should be out of a job. I’ve been there 3 times over this. What a miserable experience.

Was there about 2:30 pm on 5/11/2021. The employee was very rude, impatient, and sarcastic. Will never visit again. At the Northcross location.

I manage the building at 8217 Shoal Creek Blvd., and we are locking it down 24 hours per day/7 days per week. The post boxes inside the lobby and the postman will not have access to the boxes. Do my tenants need to contact the post office to arrange for the delivery of mail? Please advise. This is effective Wed. at midnight in accordance with executive order from the Mayor.

I mailed 2 letters 11 days ago from this Post Office. One to Germany and one to San Diego, CA. The letter to Germany got there in 9 days. As of this morning, the letter to San Diego is still not delivered. It has been taking 10 or more days for my mail to get to San Diego. This is unacceptable.

If postal employees aren't reading this, what is the point of commenting? USPS really has little interest in improving--or being accountable, doesn't it?
