This facility is a disgrace. Worthless government employees. Poor service. They are understaffed and could care less for their terrible service. Use UPS or FEDEX rather than these morons.

This post office answers the phone before I even call. When I was waiting in what should have been a 10 minute line, it only took 3 mins and I was offered lobster and crab leg. I have a PO Box, and the senders can leave the envelope blank bc thr postal workers are amazing. A+++!

I ordered postage stamps by mail. I received a notice that they had been delivered to my mailbox. They weren’t there! Yesterday I was notified that a letter was “delivered, left with individual”. It was NOT delivered to me directly and it wasn’t in the mailbox. USPS service has deteriorated and postal workers are discouraged by the changes that Louis DeJoy instituted.

Challenged by this post office as everything I send from there takes an extra couple of days, or more. Do better going to Congress avenue address - near highway 71- or 8225 Cross Park Dr - both about 15 -20 minute drives. Worth the time to know package will get there quickly.

I submitted at COA to your office on Sept 7,2017 which was evidently misplaced. My son informed me that a letter sent to PO Box 16-1912 was returned marked 'return to sender;. What I would like is for you to forward ALL mail to PO Box 16-1912 to PO Box 288, Terlingua Texas 79852. I know that there are forms and procedures to handle a COA which I followed but it didn't work.
