Postal Locations

We live in Grand Oak Estates in Fannett. I think we have a new mail carrier…we have community mailboxes. Unfortunately, the street names are similar as well as the numbers, so we are getting other neighbors’ mail. Also, I gave the new carrier a can of WD40 because it’s difficult to unlock/lock the back of the mail boxes. I am concerned about not getting our mail. If we get other neighbors’ mail, I hand deliver it to them, but some other folks just set the mail on top of the mailboxes so the mail can get wet and disappear. This has been a continuing problem…

Once again and again and again......how do we get changes made to our postal service? The carriers are known to be lazy, incompetent and continuously fail to do their JOB. The POST OFFICE KNOWS it, but are unable to fire these free loaders. These are FEDERAL offenses failing to deliver the US MAIL. Who do we have to contact to get this problem resolved? This isn't a job at WHATABURGER, these people make a fair wage handling our mail. Anyone have any answers?

They never deliver to the correct address half then time then God help you to get someone to answer the phone there, I e been cki g back to back si ce 9am and it's now 11:30 they won't answer just hang up on you. Inside is very slow with 5 stalls and o fly 1 person working. This is the most pitiful excuse for a post office no wo der government t wants to SHUT THEM DOWN!!!!

This is the worst postal service I've ever had in my like, my postal service worker needs to be fired, she/ he is the laziest person ever. Will not deliver my packages and says she does, I get email saying its delivered and nothin will be in mailbox, my packages come days late all the time, I would like and answer 9n how this is going to be fixed cause I have life depending on these packages. When they have a different person delivering mail I never receive my package on the date I should receive them. They send a message they tried to attempt to deliver. How you attempted when I was outside and you never stopped by my address.

This is not the first time they deliver my packages in the wrong house. And every time I call and tell them about it, they get mad and are rude. And even worst they don't accept their mistake and I'm left empty handed.

Where the F*** is my TAX REFUND CHECK !!? My S*** was supposed to be delivered YESTERDAY !!! Today still nothing so what the F*** did yall do with my S*** ?!

This office and mail runner is just plain LAZY! We live in Fannett they can't seem to deliver mail at my home or at my place of business. We're at our office Monday-Friday EVERYDAY and we can't get the mail lady to pull up in the driveway and drop off mail. We ask for redelivery and guess what still nothing! At my home the same and hope to god it's not raining because she NEVER closes the mailbox! I wish we can change post offices!
