Postal Locations

Needs zero stars. This has to be one of the worst post offices in the entire city. Everytime I’m expecting a package it gets lost in the mail or it gets delivered to the wrong apartment. And don’t let me have to go pick it up… they don’t even come to the door when you ring the buzzer to the mailroom.

I used the self service box on a Sunday to send 2 priority express packages.by Wed I had still not received confirmation of shipping.they were supposed to be delivered by thrn.I tried to call them every hour for 2 days and no one answered the phone.I live in a small town and I drove 30 minutes to this location because I thought my packages would go out quicker from a main location.One of the packages was an urgent package for my mentally disabled son.This is a disaster. Don't use this post office.

I had a package delivered there on June 28, 2022 from the ups office. I received a yellow slip stating that I had a package to retrieve from the back in my mailbox. I got the yellow slip, went rung the bell for customer service and was told I had no package. Needless to say, I've been looking for this said package that I was told was not there for over a month due to Tobe Hahn employees telling me that UPS did not deliver it there because of the tracking number it had on it. I tracked my own package back to Tobe Hahn and all of a sudden, it appears! They've been sending me around the world and back for nothing! I'm basically paying them to loose my packages and cost me money to locate and hunt down my own stuff on my own gas while their lazy employees pretend to search for items thats there! Poor customer service and they're rude! Don't out talk me especially when you don't know what you're talking about and won't get off your lazy behind to put in the work to help me!

Jeremi George who works at tobe hahn station drinks on the job he stops on Delaware to get alchohol he smokes on and off of the job he also gets my mail without my consent he took my stimulus check and called me and told me he had it for me to come pick it up he also sells drugs while working and accepts drug packages and deliver them to an abandon house or sometimes he takes it off the truck and when he gets off he delivers it to his homeboy

The postal lady for Alpine circle and the 7050 apartments off 105 is horrible. She always putting mail in someone else box to where it has to be searched for and supervise from the main post office then she sit on her phone in her trucks for hours and the mail doesn’t come until 530/545 pm which is ridiculous... new postal carriers are needed ones that want to get it done not the ones that sits in my apartment parking spot 3 to 4 times a day on the phone not delivering mail

I really don't understand why my packages are being returned to sender the moment it arrives the post office, or it would notify me that I requested for my package to be picked-up when in fact, I did not not request for it. One of my package has been resent twice to the sender already and it has the correct address. Another time, i received a notice that I was not available at home when they deliver it,when I am just at home the whole day waiting for my package to arrive since my app would tell me it's coming.This has never happened to me with my previous post office. And when I call for verification, the contact number on the list is either not answered or hanged-up.

Several times I’m suppose to get packages on the weekend and I always get “ attempted to deliver unsecured place “ I have cameras and NO ONE has attempted to deliver at all and if they did they would see I have several secure places to leave packages. It’s just pure laziness and they don’t want to deliver.

On numerous occasions I have not received items that were shipped to my P.O. box at this Post Office. I can only conclude that the items were stolen as routine mail is typically received without issues, but items of value are frequently not received. I brought this to the attention of the manager on site, but received nothing more than a statement of sympathy. Any other business would be shut down for such pathetic performance, but since this is a government supported institution we are forced to endure. Without exception, this is one of the worst performing establishments I have ever been forced to deal with. It should be shut down.

I came to the post office to buy stamps to mail a bill over a month ago. I left the stamped envelope with the clerk to be posted. I spoke with the company this weekend and the payment has never reached them. I have checked my bank and it has never cleared there either. I can almost understand it being late but not getting there at all is unacceptable. My credit standing has been jeopardized with this company. it was being mailed to Lumberton, TX

Clerks are great. Need to get maintenance man to do some work. Weeds are higher than bushes. Trash outside everywhere. Windows are nasty dirty. Paint job they did last year is already peeling off. Generally just not nice to visit except for the clerks.

The "in & out" access to this post office, should have an engineer injected with AIDS, then drawn and quartered the second before his/her death..

Have not seen a mail carrier since the day before Thanksgiving at my business Beaumont Spinal Care 4220 Treadway.
