why no mail

Hello this is a resident from Carrollton right near the Rosemeade Postal Office living In a Apartment complex. I'm not sure where to file a complaint, but it is said that whoever delivered my package in my mail box is some very mindless person because not only am I concern about my packages, but I believe there are 2 packages stuffed, as in forced inside my tiny mailbox of around a foot in length with 2-3 inches more. When I arrived to the mailbox I was trying to twist on the key and it was stuck and no way to open it at all because it might be that there is no extra space for the key to twist away free ALSO I already had mail inside and there might be my brothers permit there(the one you can be permitted to work in the US since he's an immigrant and if there is damage We would see). Mind that they are glass cups I ordered because I am gifting them to a friend who is going afar. I hope this is where I can have someone call me tomorrow at opening time.

Branch Hollow Dr. E in Carrollton. Unfortunately, through time, the door to my mailbox has deteriorated and it would no longer catch in the closed position. There's not much I can do about the slow wear on the box door in my neighborhood because the mailbox is encased in brick. So I did my best to repair it and was able to get it to stay shut using sticky tape. while it's not a perfect solution, it WAS functional. All you need to do is push the door up and it will stay closed. After a few days of finding the mailbox door left open and my mail exposed to the elements, I decided to leave a friendly note reminding the mail deliverer to "Please close the mailbox door, Thanks." (Smiley face emoji) The very next day I found the door left agape - incoming mail -fully exposed and our outgoing mail left undelivered in the box. Why? Am I asking too much for the postal person to close the mailbox door to protect my mail? I'm truly annoyed. This seems like a willful disregard of my simple request.

Saturday, June 4th, 7:30pm. What is going on with our mail service? I have not seen anyone today. Our regular carrier's delivery time has gotten later and later for the past six months. His reason is he is spending more time in the office? How about you keep him in the office and get us a carrier that can arrive every day before 6pm? I had a package out for shipping today and it still sits. This is very frustrating!

I’m waiting for my packet is been there in Carrolton Tx post office for almost a month I just wander how long going to be there and when rich out Las Cruces NM 3/29/2022

Postal worker is not picking up outgoing mail at Edentree Apartment complex. Getting late notices about my bills. Put the letter in box on March 7, 2022, and outgoing mail is overflowing. Please correct this matter promptly. Lynette Jones,1721 E Frankford Rd 1416, Carrollton,TX 75007

Postal service at its worse , intermittent delivery , have informed mail tells me I have mail comming and lucky if I see it, made many calls, complaints all going to deaf ears

I received a valentine's day card that was mailed from Minnesota 2/10, received it 3/15 ripped open. I received an Easter card from Ohio on 4/1 ripped open. Someone is looking for $ inside these envelopes that are obviously cards. Very concerning.

I was wondering if anyone is getting there mail. (In the carrollton area). I called they said do to weather conditions no mail till Friday. We'll its sat and still no mail. Feb 15-20. Let me know

Why are you having people that only want to grab mail in PO Boxes standing in line with those wanting service...put a barrier between service and boxes and post that info outside. You want me to wait a half hour or more for 10-15 seconds of grabbing my mail. smh ...btw, for several years I have never been in the box area with 10 or more people!

I was notified that a package was delivered by the post office to my mailbox on June 10, 2019. I did not receive this item on the 10th nor the 11th nor the 12th. I tried to call the Rosemead post office and no one answers. What does it take to find this package?

Ms Sabrina and Mr. Lee provided me excellent service at the Rosemead Carrollton post office location. I would like to rate them five stars. Ms Sabrina took the time to correct my omissions in filling out a customs form.

I have not lived here long; but it’s become MY full time job try to get my packages back after they’re continually delivered incorrectly! It’s taking all my time and effort bc this carrier is NOT DOING THEIR JOB WELL!!! I have another LOST PACKAGE! MY TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED AT NOON TODAY, 2.1.18 and so now I wait to even contact the post office! Meanwhile I’m out a lot of money for the product and the continuous time this is taking to get my own mail! Every single day I get other people’s mail from my own community here at MUSTANG PARK TOWNHOMES...and they get my mail as well! WHY CAN’T WE RELY ON THIS POST OFFICE???! THIS IS AN EPIDEMIC OF INCOMPETENCE and it’s costing customers time and money!!!! Something needs to be done because this can’t comfinue! If you have a job! Do it well or let someone else have the job who will appreciate it and do it properly! Enough already! And with that said, FIND MY PACKAGE FROM TODAY, 2.1.18 and GET IT TO ME EARLY TOMORROW MORNING AS IT WAS DELIVERED TO YOU BY FED EX FOR A REASON! FIND IT!

I am very concerned that we have not gotten mail in two days. It is VERY unusual. Do you know if any other people have made similar comments? I am concerned people are coming during the day and stealing mail.

For two hours now I've been trying to reach Rosemeade Post Office's phone number 972-939-0306 but it automatically makes a "BUSY" sound. Is it out of order? What other number do you have?
