We have constant mail delivered to the wrong address and our
mailboxes have just been replaced with new ones. They are
clearly marked with the street address and numbers for each unit.
It is very important that the right mail get to the right place. We just
received mail from next door and it was someone's drivers license.
Luckily I know the people but we shouldn't have to deliver mail to
the correct address. Also, we have names of the people that actually live in our complex and the rest are rentals. Junk mail is clogging up the empty units mailboxes. Get your stuff corrected as many have complained of inaccurate mail delivery.
I have gated property with communication to the house. As early as yesterday (10/26 2020) a package was left out side the gate by the mail box for any one to take, I have this on camera. This is the fourth time in three months. Calling the post office dose no good because they do not answer I am handy caped and a cancer patient, If it were not for good neighbors, I would have missed the packages. I live at 1221 Oberste St. Please correct This problem!
Had a registered letter mailed to my home. Twice I received a notice in the mailbox no one home to sign for it. I watched the mailman pull up and drive off. He never tried to deliver it . I checked mail same letter no one home to sign for it .I then chased down the mailman in my car . He was shocked and told me they were busy I then signed for letter on side of road usps doesn't have a phone number to report this to. He should be disciplined for this as it is a government job this happened on 12/26/18 in flour bluff tx off roscher rd
How is it that a whole neighborhood can complain about a horrible mailman and for years nothing has been done. Today is the last straw...the damage to my package of clothing, my mailbox and mail will not be tolerated any longer. I have been calling to make a complaint and no will answer and the mailbox states it is full. I want a refund of the clothing that was damaged and the cost it will take to replace my broken mailbox. For years the people in the Homedale subdivision have been complaining about horrible service and the rudeness shown by your post man.
Can someone please help me?? Back in December 2016, I went into the Flour Bluff Post Station and turned in the closure of our P.O. box and get a refund. I am still trying to get box closed and the bluff post office wont help me. we have moved to east Tx on dec 16, 2016. someone please help!!!!!
