I checked my post office box today at 17:40 and had a yellow post office slip stating that I was to pickup my package from the desk. The curtains were closed signaling that the post office had closed, albeit there were four patrons in line. Nick was was serving the line and I stepped in. He told me that were closed so I showed him the yellow slip. He then acknowledged and rang a bell to call Victor to the front to assist me. Their customer service attitude allowed me to pickup my package. Nick and Victor bring great credit upon the United States Postal Service.
We needed a new lock for our mailbox, so I went to the Post Office and ordered one. The new lock was installed the next day, which was really great. All the keys work smoothly, and we appreciate the prompt service.

The key for the oversized packages does not work. This has been going on for almost two weeks. We left the key in our box thinking the carrier would figure it out. We live at 7846 Falcon Dr. I would like to have my mail.
Which idiot changed our cluster box without advising we patrons. Where are our new keys? Where is our mail? When are we going to be contacted? Which is our box
Why is the mail delivery so late in the afternoon in our area....yesterday(5/22/17) was at 7pm ..today is already 6:40pm n is not here yet...why don't you people give this mailman some help....this is ridiculous...help him out
The mailman did not show up at my address 2105 Meadowview Dr.....why?????...I had a package for him or her to pick up from my mailbox....I wonder if this issue is happenning more often
