terrible service unable to reach anyone on any of the phone numbers provided. key for package mail does not fit any of the parcel boxes.. two packages i cannot retrieve and no one at 800 numbers will allow other issues or speaking to an agent then one at the local postal numbers will answer the phone. ZERO customer services.
The postal service program on the computer for redelivery does not work, This is a waste of time and goverment money. Then on top of that it seems like no one knows how to answer a phone.
6/4/22 @12:00 pm I literally had to chase my mail down that was certified mail and required a signature, the post woman named savanna informed me no one was home I informed her I have cameras all over my property and seen her make no attempt to ring the doorbell or knock on the door. She told she did not have to make an attempt to get a signature due to Covid are you kidding me she was the most disrespectful person I have encountered thus far. I asked for my mail with the slip that was left and she was upset about having to give me my mail. I’m a property manager and dealing with the Cc post office workers has always been a pleasant experience, I’m confused about the new protocol for certified mail I receive certified mail daily for my resident’s and there are never issues. I would love for a manager or supervisor to contact me about this issue I can only imagine the amount of mail my neighbors haven’t received due to this one person’s negligence, I’m am disappointed and appalled by her lack of knowledge and poor unprofessional behavior while working for the union this has never happened before. This definitely requires a second look from her upper management
I have the same complaint as everyone else. I have had mail in my mailbox on my front porch for 3 days and NO ONE has picked up the mail. The USPS wants us to support them but they don't do their job. Also the post office at Lamar park does NOT answer their telephone. I called for over 1 hour 3 days in a row and not once did anyone answer the phone. If post office workers want the support of the public, then they need to do their job!!!
Have not had mail delivery for 2 days. Had a letter to be picked up. What is going on? There is no issue with access. Are you cutting back on home delivery?
I don't understand why y'all can't ever answer the phone?? Everytime I try to talk to an employee at this location. I can't get anyone to answer. I suggest someone be available to HELP someone when needed.
I'm concerned that I received an empty Amazon envelope, it had a clean slice and the insulated Amazon envelope was delivered to me empty. I also find it ironic that the exact same thing happened to a friend of mine...same items.
I am trying to contact the usps for my area via phone but there's no answer.
I feel violated, e work hard for what we have and want, then for this to happen is ridiculous. I will not stop until they know we're very aware of what they're doing. I'm sure they think they're getting away with it.
