No one ever answers the phone! The most pathetic service of any government run agency that I no of and you refuse to do anything about it - this has been going on for years! It rings forever and then goes to fast busy, same as a disconnect - that is so far past ridiculous that I know I am wasting my time even doing a review!!!!!!!!!

I love our postman, he’s very sweet always greets us with a smile, my dog even gets super happy to see him. Lol we live in tierra grande 78415 area, by petronilla area where we had a problem with someone stealing our mail, ( I have my fed ex mail get delivered by the usps) ever since I told him about it, he delivers our boxes right to our door and with a smile, I’ve received everything I order now. Thank you for doing suck a great job!! It’s truly appreciated!!

The postman does not stop at our business on a daily bases like they are supposed to. They never answer the phone either. I tried calling to complain but i cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Horrible service.
