Manager at Beverly Hills Post Office in Dallas, Tx - All those who rent P.O.Boxes should receive a notice in the P.O. Boxes when 6 month payment is due. The manager is too busy or lazy to place the payment notices in the P.O Boxes, which causes panic and havoc when all mail is returned to sender. This is seriously poor customer service and needs to be corrected ASAP.

Someone there is sending letters cards back to sender so they don’t have the deliver them who does that! Check your employees or get rid of them!

This past Friday, a letter was scanned from the IRS and I didn’t receive it Friday or Saturday. I’ve had other mail that was not delivered till the next day and a few not delivered at all, but they were less important than this letter. I hope the person from the Post Office who stole my letter gets fired and charged for tampering with it, because it’s a crime. And by the way, I works from home so as soon as my mail is delivered, I gets it!

YALL WONDWR WHY PPL GO POSTAL. Where the hell is my package? Y’all don’t answer the phone but TODAY when i slide up there y’all might want to have the police on stand by. Y’all gave my sons package to some one else after saying it was delivered and it wasn’t SOMEONE gone unass my dam package.

The worst mail service ever. Constantly having other peoples mail delivered to me. If the postal carrier was not on the phone talking to someone every time I see him .... he might do a better job. No one answers at the Beverly Hills station EVER. Latest postal scam is they are not delivering in my AREA because of a loose dog problem. Breaking news USPS ! The Oak Cliff area has stray dogs! Just give up on these people as they are only getting worse every day. Wish I had a job where I could be lazy and not get fired. Thanks for nothing USPS.

This is the WORST post office to be stuck with. Drivers won't pick up mail from residential boxes, don't deliver packages and when you call in an attempt to resolve issues, no one ever answers the phone.

I need my mail delivered.... I live at 510 Coombs Crk Dr, Dallas, Texas 75211 And i get mail sometimes and my bill accounts are calling asking if I have changed address, Because mail is coming back... Why??
