Since I have been with my company we have had awful service with this post office and I was told it was always been like this. We never know if we just wont get our mail one day. Don't even think about calling just before 5:00 because it either wont get picked up or they will pick up and hang up one you or keep you on hold until 5:00 and hang up! I have asked that they slip the mail under the door on days when they get here after 5:00/5:30 and i was told they aren't allowed to do that...but whoever delivers our mail on Saturdays doesn't hesitate. I've even been in the office until 6:45 on a day we didn't get our mail, called and told them we needed our mail that day someone would be there and they didn't even come by! The few occasions that I have gone into the physical location (I avoid it if I can) the manager was not nice and acted like me asking for my mail was the hardest thing she has ever been asked to do.

I agree with everything reported below. Not only that but they do not even answer the phone at the facility! The carriers do not care and management cannot do anything because of difficulty in terminating bad employees. Why are we giving them money for such poor, strike that, non-existent service>

I have never in my life seen such terrible business postal delivery. We can not get our mail. They always arrive VERY late in the afternoon, and about 4-5 times a month......NOT AT ALL. It has come to the point that the terrible mail delivery is adversely affecting our company's cash flow. (At this very moment I've been waiting 5 days now for a $ 45,000.00 customer payment...and it's payroll week.) We will soon have no choice but to raise our prices, and move almost exclusively to expensive electronic receivable payments for all of our customers. We have repeatedly reported this issue to the local Post Master, as well as Regional Postal Inspector, and nothing is ever done to fix this problem.

They will not deliver our mail, this is occurs on a regular basis. They have not been in our shop since last Thursday 10/05/17. It is now Wednesday 10/11/17. I call frequently to complain and it does not help, just called twice at 4:45 pm and they are not answering the phone, it is very hard to conduct business with out mail service. And you wonder why people don't mail any more.
