My mail stopped being delivered due to dog in yard. So even when I’m outside with my dog there is a problem. I talked to them signed a letter and have not had my dog outside in a week and I’ve still not received my mail. I’ve been outside doing yard work and watched this lady walking around and never come to my house for the last 6 days. And not a dog in site. I went back to post office and was refused to have my mail real send to me
The mailman that delivers our mail is leaving our mailbox open . I have put a note on the mailbox asking him not to leave it open can someone help in this matter. We have had package taken out before we arrived home.
I dropped off about 30 envelopes off in your drop box outside at the Highland Hills Post Office on January 14. 2021 as of today 2/02/21 none the envelopes have been delivered has there been a problem with the mail at this location?

Monday it was out for delivery but they never came by my address and now it says “Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location. I am upset that I never get my mail on n s daily basis; I have ordered multiple packages and the status says "oot for delivery" but I never receive them till the postman feels like delivering my package. They should fire everybody and start over from scratch.
REAT PLAINS AVE. Our neighborhood mail box has been down since dec 2018, IT was knock down by a drunk driver the word was per an post office employee at the HIGHLAND HILLS POST OFFICE. No one has no idea when we can get our mailbox replaced. really 4 months. Consumer Affairs, has no answers as well, everyone it taking down complaints, and giving out case numbers, we don't need case numbers we need our mailbox replace. IT doesn't make since we are off 35/wheatland rd. drive to BONNIEVIEW RD /SIMPSON STUART to get our mail.
