I am very disappointed in this location! I have a least 4 packs, that DO NOT reach their destination EVERY MONTH! I do not understand this! The address is correct, but it never fails, to not reach its destination!!!!!
The mail man is doing wrong for 75223 area
All 4 lady's working the desk at Lakewood post office Dallas tx I have a complaint about. I hate a person or in this case 4 people who want to get paid for not doing their job. Is this what you call customer service. What ever happened to common respect
I have never had any problems with the USPS until recently.
In the last 6 or more months I have had outgoing mail that has not been picked up and bills that mysteriously are never delivered to their destinations thus causing late fees. This has never happened before.
I am tired of hearing that the pandemic has created issues, I get it, yet my mail is set out for delivery well in advance of the due dates giving ample time for delivery. A bill that was sent out on 4/10/21 has still not been received by the establishment destination yet all the other things mailed with same have long since cleared. I wish this was an isolated incident but it seems to becoming the norm!

Worst post office. The mail carrier doesn't put the advo grocery ads or coupons every Wednesday some weeks we don't even get them and all week I got no mail. I've had went up there and told them many times and they do nothing and the mail carrier has been throwing our ads and mail in the trash. I reported this to the Post Master general and United States postal service in Washington DC
Today I had a TERRIBLE experience at this location. I came in to mail a pair of shoes. I apparently had the wrong box for my shipping label, totally fine and understandable, it happens. An employee, Jasmine was her name, was very rude about the whole situation and when I didn't understand why it was the incorrect box, she proceeded to tell me in a very condescending way and had an attitude the entire time. The rest of the employees just sat back and watched her treat me with disrespect. VERY DISAPPOINTED and WILL NOT be coming back to this location.
Same person, Jasmine, acted outrageously, ripped the postage off my two envelopes and flung my mail back at me, and told me “to go elsewhere” to mail my letters. Her manager was obstinate, as well.
