My voter application was hold off and did not get the Election office untill after the due date. cCll the office and they can not explain to me why it took them soo long to send the lettter out. I gave them plenty of time to get the letter out on time but they held it. They are interfering in Elections and I will make sure they are held accountable!

First let me say that I find most of the employees friendly at Pleasant Glove post office. I have recently had a birthday card not delivered that had a 25 dollar gift card. I also had one sell item delivered that seem to be bend so bad that the contents were damaged and made worthless. The package was clearly mark do not bend, was package in four separate units with protection, and every unit was bend. It was as if someone had done this on purpose. I also continue to have mail delivered to my house that is not mine and at times has no address that is even close to mine. Now I do not know which branch is responsible for the missing birthday card with the $25 gift card or what branch is responsible for the bend package. I did not report these items, because I have learn from past experience that reporting anything to the postal system, does not result in any changes.

There are some lazy & inattentive carriers working in 75227. Won't bring packages to the door, just leave a card in the box. If you complain to the post office clerks, they cover for them. This started 6 months ago.

I have plenty of issues with this office. Never delivers a package unless you're standing outside waiting for him. Then he scans then in as being delivered. Complained about it and all I got was "I'm so sorry". Next time I'll pay the extra money to UPS or FedEx.
