I am frustrated to see that the post office and mail man have selected which mail gets delivered and which one they deemed undeliverable despite having the same address
I would like to know why our mailman put our entire complexes mail wrapped up in a rubberband on top of the out going mailbox. I found 5 letters in it was mine . So I need an answer please .

We had stopped receiving grocery stores Ads starting 9 (nine) days ago or earlier. It happened all of a sudden: first we had experienced delays of delivery - from Tues.- Wedn. to Fridays, And the delivery of ads completely stopped. We're completely entitled to these deliveries.
Please assure they are restored. Our post office is on 5595 Summerside Dr.

I have had the same problem. I feel quite sure that the grocery stores pay USPS to deliver their ads. I am sure that the grocery stores do not want to pay USPS for not doing their job!

Took 4 calls to other POs to verify but both Bent Tree and Addison PO gave 214-459-4671 # and finally reached Summerside who confirmed!
Yes, the alternate phone number is correct. They did pick up the phone. They were closed most of the week because of the weather, but today they are open until 3:00 pm. Thanks for posting the correct phone number!
I had my second package delivered to the wrong address. I did not complain the first time but, twice is ridiculous. I do not think the post carrier can read. I leave on Carta Valley and he is leaving my packages on Brentfield. 75248. The neighbor has been nice enough to bring them over both times.
My carrier CONTINUES to put my packages in the community package mailbox and the key to open this box does not work. This is the third time I have tried to get this resolved including speaking to him directly. This is beyond frustrating. I cannot retrieve my package!!!! I have called the 1-800 number and complained, gone to the local post office and spoken to them. I do not know what else to do....
the phone number for Summerside post office is wrong on the website. i called the 800 number. How frustrating. the menu is tooooooooo long. i finally get thru and then told i have to wait 31 minutes on hold.
I am trying to locate our mail. We've had it hold several times because of traveling and this last time we picked, most was someone else's mail and a lot of mail that we were expecting was missing. Including our new car registration. I went by 3 times and they kept telling me there was no other mail, so what happened to our mail? I've tried to call and can never get a live person or even leave a message. There were important papers that we were expecting and need to find where they went.
