The staff at this post office is absolutely the best I have ever experienced. They are friendly, expert-level knowledgeable, and always go above and beyond what is considered acceptable service. I've been using their services for several years, and they never let me down. They also quickly fixed a broken package locker for me to obtain my package within an hour. I'm grateful for all that these good folks do. Just wanted to put this out there.
Concern that my personal mail delivery is being compromised because it's delivered to wrong address(ie)MEDICAL PILLS& PRIVATE BILLS / BANK SYATEMENTS. Carriers need to be precise and Not careless
My package was put in wrong box because mailman doesn’t pay attention to addresses. Same house numbers but different street names. Happened all the time. I have complained and nothing is being done. Everyone says they’re looking for it🤷🏻♀️ Very frustrated and upset
Why won't anyone answer any of the numbers??? My key will not work for my mailbox and the mail carrier told me to call the 800 number but no one will answer any of the local or 800 numbers. Why won't anyone help? This is disgraceful.
I'm having issues with not getting my mail. I've never had this issue in 7 years since I've @ Mike Vane Drive. I never received my pamper chef package, light bill, my passport never got that, and on yesterday my neighbor gave me my insurance bill!!
Soooooooo upset! I waited for my package that I scheduled for redelivery today which never came! I lost 4 hours of OT pay waiting only to find out it was sitting in the post office and was never even sent out for dleivery!
I had a mix up with addresses when buying something on E bay and (I'm sorry I did not get his name)But the postal worker I talked with was excellent . He took down info and is working to get my package to me. Even made a follow up call to let me know. I give this man 100 stars!! Thank you so much!
