This postal office has to be worst in el paso, tx. in the midst of the corona pandemic our carrier is not picking up our outgoing mail. These carriers have constantly lost packages, sent mail to wrong addresses, or are unwilling to get out of their little jeep to walk 2 or 3 steps to get our mail. They are lazy and rude. I hope at some point the postal service is privatized. Their service is sub-par and incompetent.

I just rented a new home, I bought an item and asked to receive it here, yesterday the package was scheduled for delivery but for some reason it was not. Can you try re-delivering or can I go and pick it up at the Office.
