Why does it take 12+ days sometimes to get a letter delivered. I mailed my electric bill 10 days ago and it still hasn’t cleared. It will be considered last tomorrow. Before I moved here it took 3 to 5 days to have a local letter delivered. This is stupid.

Waited on my package to be delivered from Amazon on Saturday, the day before Christmas.had my dogs inside, my gate open and stayed home to be available, well the mail carrier didn't even let us know she had arrived. I didn't find out my package had not been delivered until I tracked my package. I rushed to the post office only to find out they closed at 10am.I understand they want to clock out and be home and start their holidays but they still have a JOB to do. I was pissed.my daughter didn't have a gift to open on Christmas. This is not the first time these lazy people have not delivered.

called the Elmendorf PO on Friday @ 3:37pm. They said my package was there and I could pick it up. Told them I didn't get out of work until 4pm, so I wouldn't make it on time and I would just wait on them tomorrow. Well, tomorrow is here and I did NOT get my package!! WTF?!! I am very upset!
