Listen I have been complaining about this particular branch your workers are so rude most specially the Mexican guy and the chubby black America lady so rude and heartless and they are always rushing to go home. Another thing whoever deliver mails to Apartment please can you always tell them to make attempt delivery our package and stop lying to safe location this is the second time , I work from home so I am always home. And on getting to my mail box I will see a notice no safe location and i am inside my room. The branch close by 4:30 pm , i will take few min from work to get my package and the rude workers will roll down the cotton on your face when is not even up to 4;30 PM. This my third time complaining about this branch even my friends stop going because of the nasty attitude of the black America lady and the Mexican guy jezzzz. I will keep complaining till someone hear me out .

When I called to find out why my package was not in the box after being left a key for #3 large parcel, I was placed on hold by a woman at 4:25 pm 6/20/19 and she never came back to the phone.

The carriers do not attempt the delivery of a package if the names are not in the mail box of an apartment complex. I don't understand why they do not just deliver it as addressed, (or deliver it to the office at the apartment complex). It would even be better to put a notification slip in the mailbox for the addressees to pick the package up at the post office. BUT NO!!! THEY JUST SEND IT BACK UNDELIVERABLE! The second parcel that I sent was attempted delivery at 7:21 in the morning. I pray my son gets his birthday present even at this late date.....(he was sleeping)
