Postal Locations

June 6,2020. Informed Delivery showed I had several pieces of mail today. I had two packages that showed "out for delivery" since 7:15am. A female mail carrier, not the usual person, came by and stood by the mailbox 30-45 seconds but left nothing. Later, there was a postal truck down the street a couple of houses and I thought that must be them delivering packages. After sitting there 10-15 minutes the left and drive right by and kept going. A few days ago I had a message that a package was delivered by it wasn't. The time of delivery was 1:22pm so I watched my security video. The mailman can by at 1:07 and delivered 2 other packages but no came near my porch from 1:08 to 1:35. I did see the mail man across the street from 1:20-1:21 but he didn't come by again. I was in the process of sending my video to the person that shipped my package 2 days later when the package showed up. I have had prescriptions delivered to a house in the next street with the same number, according to the post office supervisor, but it could not be recovered. I am constantly getting my neighbors mail and missing mail. This incompetence is not acceptable.

So tired of the service we have now. Different carrier all the time, mail delivered at different times of day! Would like our mail before 4 or 5 o'clock everyday!

I am so tired of mail carriers that can't read addresses putting my mail in someone else's box or NOT putting mail in appropriate box and just selecting to place the mail on rack beneath the box, when the box is completely empty. This is how our important mail gets lost! Such a sloppy way Postal Service has when hiring ignorant people!!

I had a horrible experience with this post office's supervisor he was rude and was very disrespectful I want to know where can I complaint about him.
