We have received mail a year late. Mail is not delivered for days. Other peoples mail, prescriptions are put in our box. WE NEED A REAL POST OFFICE PERSON TO DELIVER OUR MAIL NOT A CONTRACTOR!!!!!

I did not received any mail for the last two days…December 20th and 21st. Today I received 3 pieces of mail. I know I should have gotten mail on the 20th and 21st. Where is my mail? Thanks for your help.

It’s appears the US Postal service skips days on Mondays and Fridays at my house, as well as leaves me another persons mail. I get an email telling me what mail will arrive that day but I’m not getting the mail. Please advise.

How do I file a complaint? Mail was to be held starting May 10 and delivered today, June 1, 2022. Mail was not held and stuffed in mailbox.

I had a package slip for an envelope that required a signature. I called and used the online system to have the envelope for signature redelivered. It was not redelivered. Today Kim called and I am now traveling and do not have the slip with me. She went above and beyond to help me. I will not be in town until Saturday so she is holding it so it is not sent back until I return and go to the post office on Saturday. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
